LML (LML, "LML," "we," "us") operates an SMS messaging program to send scheduling confirmations, call times, job updates, and crew communications to opted-in recipients. Messages are sent using automated technology.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to LML SMS communications by:

• Completing the opt-in form at lml.nyc/sms-opt-in
• Verbally providing consent to an LML representative
• Submitting a booking or application form that includes SMS consent

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from LML. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase or employment.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with LML. You may receive messages related to scheduling, confirmations, and updates only when relevant to your bookings or work with LML.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. LML is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any LML SMS message
• Submitting the opt-out form at lml.nyc/sms-opt-in
• Emailing info@lml.nyc with your number and "STOP SMS"
• Calling 718-371-8385

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS from LML unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers

LML SMS is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all plans.
