We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out a form on our site. This includes:

• Name — collected via the crew application form and SMS opt-in form
• Mobile phone number — collected via the SMS opt-in form for text message delivery
• Email address — collected via the crew application and contact forms
• Role or title — collected optionally to help us route crew communications appropriately
• Consent records — timestamp, method of consent, and source URL, recorded when you opt in to SMS

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you submit a form, including your IP address and browser/device information (user agent). This data is used solely for security and compliance purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Crew scheduling and communications — sending call times, confirmations, and job updates via SMS or email
• Booking and onboarding — reviewing crew applications and managing crew availability
• Collective operations — coordinating work within the LML crew collective
• Legal compliance — maintaining opt-in and opt-out records as required by applicable law and messaging platform requirements

We do not use your personal information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than the operational and communication needs described above.

3. SMS Communications

LML operates an SMS messaging program for crew scheduling and client communications. The following disclosures apply to all LML SMS messages:

Your mobile number is used solely to deliver LML SMS communications. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data

LML does not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Period.

We may share your information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as form processing or messaging infrastructure) only to the extent necessary to deliver those services. These providers are not permitted to use your data for any purpose beyond what we specify.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained for a minimum of four years to satisfy messaging compliance requirements.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at kaplan@lml.nyc. We will honor deletion requests except where retention is required by law or legitimate compliance obligations.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and processed via Cloudflare's secure infrastructure.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you have concerns about the security of your information, contact us directly.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for SMS communications at any time (reply STOP)
