Kaplan Akıncılar

Kaplan Akıncılar founded LML after nearly 20 years working as a production technician in New York City — running video systems, operating media servers, and managing broadcast infrastructure at some of the city’s largest corporate events. He built LML because he decided the industry could work differently: better rates, enforced working conditions, and a path to crew ownership of what they build.

His technical work spans complex video switching (Analog Way, Barco, Ross), disguise and Millumin media server operations, vMix and LiveU webcasting, network infrastructure for live events, and BrightSign digital signage. He has operated as EIC and technical director on recurring high-profile productions across New York City.

LML is the result of that experience — not a staffing agency or a gear house, but a collective of specialists who set their own terms.
