He built LML to operate differently: better rates, enforced working conditions, and a path to crew ownership. His technical work spans video switching, media server operations, webcasting, and network infrastructure.

A founding member of LML with over 30 years of experience in live event production. Virgil covers audio, video, and webcasting, with deep expertise in RF systems, digital consoles, and video switching.

A founding member of LML, Aus brings expertise across audio, video, and webcasting production. He is proficient with multi-destination video switchers and scalers, digital audio systems, and webcasting platforms including vMix. Known for his professionalism and discretion on site, he is consistently relied on for high-profile productions.


Robin is a video engineer and lighting designer. Recent work includes custom lighting for private residences and theater productions. When not working locally, Robin tours with emerging artists, supporting their lighting design and video requirements.

Robert Feffer is a video engineer and playback operator based in NYC. He has experience in a wide variety of live events and performances. He also does projection/media design for theater.

Keisheon is a multi-skilled technician operating across video switching, streaming, robocam, and audio systems. Precise and quick to develop new skills, he works effectively across a wide range of production environments.

Joe Bardi is an audio engineer with 20+ years of experience across live events, broadcast productions, and studio environments. He has designed and mixed for major corporate clients, theme parks, and national touring acts, and has led audio teams and trained technical staff on large-scale productions.
Darryl Specht brings over 20 years of A/V experience and takes on a wide range of EIC and video engineering roles. He leads with a calm, respectful, and professional demeanor on any crew.

Nick McCulloch is one of LML's most consistently requested lighting operators, with advanced skills in console programming and design. He is proficient across multiple platforms including the GrandMA and has a strong track record with high-profile recurring clients.

A High-Resolution Video Switch Operator and Media Server Technician, Dolphin also brings expertise in webcasting, projection, and camera operation. Known for his positive and supportive approach, he works well across diverse teams and production environments.


A veteran of the industry, Sean is LML’s go-to robocam and Video Switch Operator. In addition to video systems work, he has extensive experience with TouchDesigner, building complex interactive designs for live productions.

Quentin Jennings is a video systems engineer with over 25 years of experience and a background as a musician — a combination that shapes how he handles real-time show calls. Methodical in his approach, he works through intricate signal flows and complex switch environments with precision. His work spans xR stages and live production shoots — including The Truth Is Out There — alongside a broad portfolio of corporate, broadcast, and live events.

Cherif brings over a decade of experience as a V1, playback operator, and graphics operator. He is one of LML's most versatile video systems operators, handling demanding technical requests with precision across a wide range of production environments.

Edsel Torres is a Video, Lighting, and Electrics Operator based in New York City. His work spans corporate conferences, fashion shows, brand activations, live broadcasts, and experiential events. On the video side he is proficient in engineering workflows, LED and projection systems, camera packages, and show control. His lighting and electrics background covers fixture deployment, power distribution, dimming systems, and intelligent lighting rigs.

Dave Bustamante is an Audio and Video Technician with more than 20 years of experience across hotel, corporate, and live event production. He leads crews with a low-profile, professional approach — known for exceptional punctuality, clear communication, and calm under pressure.

Tim is one of LML’s go-to graphics and playback operators with experience in both production operations and business applications. He is a trusted liaison for Continuing Medical Education seminars, ensuring presenter accuracy and seamless delivery. He also handles webcasting under tight timelines and high-pressure scenarios.
