Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective June 1st, 2026. These terms govern the use of services provided by NYC Soccer LLC dba LML, which include technical support for live events, installations, broadcasts and corporate productions.

Fees
10-Hour Minimum
Flat-rate based on a 10-hour day, billed straight through.
Half Day Rate
Flat-rate based on a 5-hour half day, billed straight through.
Overtime Rate
Billed hourly between the 10th and 14th hour at 1.5× the standard hourly rate.
Double-Time Rate
Billed hourly after the 14th hour at 2× the standard hourly rate.
Overnight Rate
Billed hourly between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM at 1.5× the standard hourly rate.
Short Turnaround Fee
$150 per technician when a technician is required to return to a job site without 8 hours between consecutive shifts.
Meal Penalty
$150 per instance per technician when a technician is requested and agrees to forfeit a state-required meal break.
Late Payment
A late payment fee of 3% per month will be applied to any outstanding balances not paid within the specified payment terms.
Payment Schedule
Standard Terms
All payments are due within 14 days of invoice.
Net 30
Net 30 payment terms carry an added 3% service fee of the total billable invoice.
Cancellations
24-Hour Cancellation
Events canceled within 24 hours of the event start will be billed at the full estimated rate for the entire event.
Additional
Labor Law Compliance
LML follows all local, state and federal employment and labor laws regarding breaks, meal breaks and safe working conditions.
