Graphics Operator

Presentation graphics is an Engineer in Charge and Video Systems Services competency — not a standalone position. The person in this seat is the face of the crew to the presenter: client-facing, composed, and dressed for the room. They advance the deck, execute last-minute content swaps, and troubleshoot formatting issues at the confidence monitor without breaking composure. The presenter should never feel like they're dealing with a technical problem.

The work demands native fluency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Prezi on both PC and Mac — not familiarity, fluency. Keyboard shortcuts are used automatically: slide navigation, presenter view toggle, annotation mode, aspect ratio switching, and file format conversion under pressure. The ability to rebuild a broken slide or reorder a deck sixty seconds before a keynote, silently and correctly, is the standard.
