Responsibilities

• Presentation Fluency — PC & Mac Operates PowerPoint and Keynote fluently on both platforms, leveraging keyboard shortcuts to keep pace with live programming. Knows the deck as well as the presenter does.
• Client Interaction Interfaces directly with presenters and clients in a professional, hospitality-oriented manner — accommodating last-minute edits, version swaps, and content changes discreetly and without disrupting show flow.
• Adobe Creative Suite Builds lower thirds, overlays, and supporting graphics on the fly. Working command of Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects for in-show asset creation and adjustments.
• Versioning & Accuracy Maintains meticulous version control across all presentation files. The right deck is on the right screen at the right moment, every time.
• Playback Cueing Operates video and audio playback on cue, managing timing across multiple files and sources without dropping a beat.
• Last-Minute Changes Handles content updates during rehearsals and shows without losing their place or creating delays. This happens on every show.
• Coordination with EIC & Director Stays on comms with the EIC and director, confirms cues, and flags any content issues before they become show problems.
